We Got You Disability Support Pty Ltd started because we wanted disability support to feel personal again — like family looking out for family, not a number in a queue.
Our story
We Got You Disability Support is a family-run business started by three family members — Alli, Kym and Luke Johnston — who believe support should feel personal: like family looking out for family, not a number in a queue. We're based on the Sunshine Coast and we keep things simple — plain-English communication, workers who reliably show up, and support built around what actually matters to you. Being small is our strength: you'll always know exactly who's supporting you, and your feedback goes straight to the people who run the business.
We support both self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants, with registration as an NDIS provider currently in progress.
The people behind We Got You
Kym Johnston
Service Delivery & Workforce. Kym leads our day-to-day supports and holds a Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability). She's the friendly voice you'll speak to first, and she personally makes sure every support fits the person it's for. Call Kym on 0429 150 367.
Luke Johnston
Operations. Luke brings over ten years of hands-on experience in gardens, maintenance and property care, along with recent experience as an NDIS support worker. When we help around your home and yard, you're getting genuine know-how.
Alli Johnston
Quality & Compliance. Alli looks after quality, safety and feedback — making sure we always deliver what we promise, and that your voice shapes how we work.
