What we collect

Through this website's contact form we collect only what you give us — your name, email, phone number and message. If you become a participant, we collect the information needed to deliver your supports safely, which is explained and consented to during intake.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry and, if you choose to proceed, to arrange your supports. We never sell your information or use it for marketing without your consent.

Storage and access

Information is stored securely in access-controlled systems, and only our directors and the workers involved in your support can access it.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details are deleted if you don't proceed with us; participant records are kept for seven years as required for NDIS providers (longer for participants under 18).

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time — email hello@wegotyoudisabilitysupport.com.au or call 0429 150 367. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to us, or to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
