Getting started with a new support provider can feel like a lot. Here's the plain-English version of who we work with and what happens next.

Who we support

We work with both self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants across the Sunshine Coast and surrounds.

Self-managed participants

You manage your own NDIS funding and pay providers directly. We'll work in with however you like to keep track of things.

Plan-managed participants

A plan manager handles your NDIS funding and pays providers on your behalf. We're happy to liaise directly with your plan manager.

We are an NDIS support provider with registration currently in progress.

Have a concern or complaint? Telling us never affects your supports. You can also contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission at any time on 1800 035 544 or at ndiscommission.gov.au.
